Booking terms
This is a plain-English summary of how booking me works. Your contract has the full terms, and if anything here differs from it, the contract is what counts.
Holding your date. When you book online, I hold your date for 3 days while you pay the booking fee.
The booking fee. It’s £100, paid by bank transfer within 3 days of booking. If it hasn’t arrived by then, the date is released. The fee is non-refundable from the day you book, because from then your date is reserved for you and I turn other couples away. It comes off your package total.
When you’re confirmed. Your booking is confirmed once the fee has arrived, I’ve sent you the contract, and you’ve signed it.
The balance. You pay the rest as set out in your contract and invoice.
Willow, which includes a wedding film: £2,295
Oak: £1,695
Digital, a half day: £1,295
Small weddings: from £895
Small weddings can’t be booked on Saturdays or Sundays from May to August.
Extras. A second photographer is £250, and a wedding film is £1,000.
Travel. Travel is free within 70 miles. If you’re further away, I’ll tell you the cost before you pay anything.
Questions. If anything here isn’t clear, get in touch before you book and I’ll talk it through.
