Lib and Tosh celebrated their amazing Rushpool Hall Wedding last Autumn. It was a beautiful crisp Autumn day, perfect for a Rushpool Hall wedding.

Rushpool Hall in Saltburn-by-the-Sea is a stunning wedding venue that offers a truly romantic and memorable setting for couples looking to tie the knot. The historic mansion house, set within beautifully landscaped gardens, provides a picturesque backdrop for wedding celebrations.

As a Rushpool Hall wedding venue, the estate offers a range of options for couples to tailor their wedding day to their specific preferences. There are several indoor and outdoor spaces available for ceremonies, including the formal gardens, the lake, and the grand hall with its impressive stained-glass windows and chandeliers.

The venue can accommodate both small and large weddings, with a capacity of up to 150 guests. Rushpool Hall also provides on-site accommodation, allowing couples and their guests to stay overnight in one of the property's luxurious bedrooms.

Rushpool Hall Wedding Venue - Bridal Prep

On the morning of Lib and Tosh's Rushpool Hall wedding, I was greeted with the delightful sound of laughter emanating from the getting-ready room. As a wedding photographer, there's nothing more invigorating than the bustling atmosphere of a wedding party preparing for the big day.

Capturing the bridal prep is one of my favourite parts of photographing a wedding. It's a crucial moment that holds a plethora of emotions and significant moments that usually go unseen by most guests. From the father's first glance at his daughter in her wedding dress to the mother helping her apply the finishing touches to her appearance, these moments are special and should be documented.

Rushpool Hall wedding venue is a brilliant choice and one of the best in Teesside, in my opinion, thanks to its incredible lighting. The bridal suite at Rushpool Hall has some of the best lightings I've ever seen at a wedding venue, making it the perfect spot to capture the final moments of the bridal prep.

Rushpool Hall Wedding Venue - Ceremony

After Lib had finished her final touches we headed down to the magnificent ballroom for the ceremony. I caught up with Tosh briefly and waited for Lib and her wedding party to make their way down the aisle.

The ballroom at Rushpool is such a beautiful place to say your vows, it has a long aisle which is flanked by tall windows which let in so much light, a photographer's dream.

The ceremony was a beautiful mix of joy and laughter, intermingled with intimate moments that spoke volumes about the bond between Lib and Tosh. The ambience was palpable as the couple exchanged their vows and embarked on a new journey together. Rushpool Hall proved to be a magnificent backdrop for this unforgettable wedding ceremony.

Rushpool Hall Wedding Venue - Drinks

Following Lib and Tosh's magnificent ceremony, the staff at Rushpool Hall were eagerly waiting to welcome the newlyweds with confetti and refreshing drinks. Tosh's love for Boro was reflected in the confetti, which was in the team's colours, making it a fantastic moment to capture. On a personal note, I must mention that I've never seen so much confetti in my life!

Once we finished the family group photos, it was time for some mingling and candid photography. As a photographer, I believe that candid photos are essential to capture the story of your wedding day. Rushpool Hall is a superb venue for candid photography as it has several areas with varying backdrops. The grand hall, the bar, and the different gardens offer a diverse range of stunning photo opportunities, making Rushpool Hall a truly remarkable wedding venue.

Rushpool Hall Wedding Venue - Speeches and Party

After the delightful wedding breakfast, it was time for the speeches. Tosh had a fantastic sense of humour that kept everyone entertained, and his speech didn't disappoint. One of the unique features of weddings at Rushpool Hall is that the top table is situated dead centre in the room, which makes the bride and groom the centre of attention during the reception. This seating arrangement ensures that no one feels pushed to the back and everyone enjoys an unobstructed view.

Once I managed to wipe the tears away from my eyes Liba and Tosh cut the cake. Their wedding cake was from the world-famous Bettys tea room in Harrogate. It smelt, looked and tasted amazing.

Not long afterwards Liba and Tosh had their first dance and celebrated their wedding day at Rushpool Hall with their wedding guest on the dance floor. This is when I finished for the day and headed home.

Lib and Tosh’s Rushpool Hall wedding was one of my favourites from last year. I haven’t laughed so much from the moment I arrived to the time I packed up my gear.

If you are planning a Rushpool Hall wedding then I would love to hear from you.
