How it works

1. Favourite around 50 photographs in your online gallery
2. Fill in the order form with your size, cover and any extras
3. I design your album and send you a proof to review online
4. You ask for any changes, then approve it
5. Your album is printed and delivered to your door

What's included

Every album has 20 pages (10 spreads), room for around 50 photographs, a linen cover in your choice of colour and standard UK delivery.

*The album included in your package is the one described on your invoice. Packages change over time, so if your invoice shows something different, such as a 20×20cm album, go by your invoice.

Choose your favourite photographs

In your online gallery, click Favourite on around 50 images. A few things that help:

• Don't just pick the portraits. The pages you'll stop on in twenty years are the ones full of people: family, friends, the dance floor, the speeches.
• Think of the day in chapters. Getting ready, ceremony, drinks, speeches, evening. They don't need equal space, so give the most room to the parts that meant the most.
• Keep a few quieter moments. They make the big moments land when you turn the page.

Can't get it down to 50? Favourite them anyway and let me know. Extra spreads (two pages) are £10 each with standard paper. You can request them in the form below.

Choose your size, or upgrade

Your package comes with an album, but you don't have to stick with that size. You can upgrade to a larger format, and I'll send a separate invoice for the difference.

Size changes the whole layout, so please decide before I start designing. The shapes below are drawn to scale.

Why go bigger?

• The photographs get room to breathe. A single image running across a spread is what makes people stop turning pages. A 45×30cm album has more than three times the page area of a 20×20cm album.
• Faces in the crowd stay visible. Group photographs, speeches and the dance floor are full of people. At a larger size you can actually see who's in them.
• It's the one thing you can't change later. Once your album is printed, the size is set.

Add two parent albums

Two exact copies of your album design, made for parents or family. They're printed alongside your own album as a set, which keeps the price down, so they're much better value ordered now than added later.

Parent albums are made at the same time as yours. Choosing a different album size? Just ask and I'll match parent albums to it.

Linen is included as standard. You can also choose from:

Extras

All extras are optional. Prices are for your main album; matching extras for parent albums are quoted separately. I’ll check the finish, size and compatibility before invoicing.

Decorative designs, custom artwork, mixed paper, fine-art paper and metal corners can also be requested in the form. I’ll confirm a price before you commit.

Review, approve and print

Once I have your favourites and your form, I'll design your album and send you a proof to look through online. You can swap photographs, change the order or ask me to rework a spread.

If you've chosen any upgrades, I'll send a separate invoice. This needs paying before your album goes to print.

Good to know

• Autumn is my busiest season. If you can, finalise your design before then.
• The print lab closes over Christmas. If your album or parent albums are gifts, start early.
